I did my Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Signal Processing and Wave Propagation from Linnaeus University,Växjö, Sweden. I absolutely enjoyed my time as a Master Student. The city is full of small beautiful lakes and evergreen forest.
Linnaeus University has flexible course timing which could help you to take up a part time job on the side to support you economically. It had a beautiful and peaceful library which I enjoyed sitting in and doing my assignments.
Swedish people were very friendly and helpful in every way you can think. I lived in a small student apartment shared with 3 other students. This apartment was close to the university and an ICA supermarket. Since it was a student apartment, it was absolutely lively in summertime and there were also night clubs or parties arranged throughout the year. Professors were helpful in mentoring me to finish my thesis.
